Medical Disclaimer

Version 2026-10-05

In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for the app.

Nesta is not a medical device

Nesta gives general information, tracking tools and guided exercises for pregnancy, recovery after birth and pelvic floor health. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for care from your doctor, midwife, physical therapist or other qualified provider.

Always check with your provider

Warning signs

Nesta shows warning signs and may suggest you call your provider or 911. These are reminders, not an assessment of your situation. If something feels wrong, trust yourself and get care, even if the app has not flagged it.

Trackers and estimates

Pregnancy weeks, due dates, nutrient amounts from meal photos, kick counts and contraction timings are estimates based on what you enter. They can be wrong. Nesta is not a fetal monitor and cannot tell you whether your baby is well.
