Delete your Nesta account
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play: see how to cancel.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Nesta and tap You.
- Tap Delete all my data.
- Confirm. You are signed out and the deletion starts straight away.
Without the app
Enter the email address of your Nesta account. We send a 6-digit code to it, so only you can delete it.
No access to that email any more? Write to [privacy email] and we will help.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, password and Apple or Google sign-in link. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke Nesta's access in your Apple ID.
- Everything you logged: pregnancy and birth details, symptoms, mood, trackers, meals and photos, plans and sessions.
- Nesta AI conversations and memory.
- Consent choices and settings.
When
- Your account stops working at once.
- Your data is erased from our live systems within [30] days.
- Encrypted backups are kept for up to 35 days, then overwritten. We do not restore deleted accounts from them.
What we keep
A record that an account was deleted and when, without your name, email or health data, and records we must keep by law (for example purchase records that Apple, Google or tax rules require) for [period].
